About Us

Loopnote is a product of No Sleep Media, a web software company located in Denver, Colorado.

We first thought about creating loopnote in the fall of 2005. Martin's wife wished that she could get an alert letting her know the ice rink was closed, and Alan wanted a quick and easy way to get alerts when the Colorado Rockies were playing at home, so that he could avoid the resulting traffic. We realized there wasn’t really a way to get quick notifications about events like that. We weren’t talking about stock, news and traffic alerts, we wanted alerts that could be created by real people, not just machines.
